Rosie’s charming seaside property Fifty Five Port Stephens is setting the stage for our exclusive 2025 Winter Workshops.
With the focus on all things French, and the comforting warmth from the winter sun, you will be wined and dined courtesy of The Bay Butler. All while exploring the art of leatherwork by creating your own travel inspired accessories.
If you wanting to expand your experience, Rosie is offering onsite accommodation packages for those who would love to stay at the property for the weekend.

WORKSHOP 1
Saturday 9th // 11am - 4pm – Full day Leather & Lunch Experience.
Creating: Handstitched leather Phone crossbody bag OR A5 Travel Journal, Handstitched – Personalise your pieces on the day with your initials on the day with our foil press.
Leather Choice: Tan or Olive - I will be in touch prior to the workshop to ask you your preference.
Provisions: Lunch will be catered by Andrea, The Bay Butler. A special curated home cooked & comforting, French themed winter menu. Paired with a selection of wine from Boydell’s.
Tea / coffee provided throughout the day.
WORKSHOP 2
Saturday 10th // 1pm - 4:30pm – An Afternoon by the Seaside.
Creating: A5 Travel Journal, Handstitched- Personalise with your initials or small quote on the day with our leather press.
Leather Choice: Tan or Olive - I will be in touch prior to the workshop to ask you your preference.
Provisions: Enjoy a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, a light afternoon charcuterie board with locally sourced produce also by Andrea, The Bay Butler. Tea / coffee also provided throughout the afternoon.
WORKSHOP PACKAGE – 2 DAY EVENT
This special package allows you access to join us both days at a package price, saving of $90.00. (excl. Accom) Simply select the ticket option at the checkout to confirm your 2-day workshop ticket.
ACCOMMODATION:
Friday & Saturday night. 1, or 2-night stay.
Rosie has allocated accommodation options for those interested in making a weekend of it, travelling from out of town.

NB: This is available on first come first serve basis so when booking your ticket here, please let either of us know straight away so we can arrange your stay.
